Anupama's religious beliefs have become a crisis for her because she is in a position where she cannot refuse Leela and Hasmukh. When Vanraj tries to make Anupama emotional

Anupama tries to understand Vanraj
In such a scenario, as described in Anupama's update, Anupama realizes that Vanraj has exceeded his limits. She advises Vanraj what to do in this predicament. Kavya is not leaving you, Mr. Shah, but she had to go. You say you forcibly removed him from your care. He worked very hard to manage the situation. When Anupama finally gets home, her mother informs her, "Your fate is so strange that you want to go away;" then, she has her repeatedly stand in front of her. You ditching me for Vanraj was a huge turnoff. Anupama claims that she has not gone looking for Vanraj, but rather for the sake of her children, mother, and Bapuji. She goes on to state that my Kanha ji is aware of the fact that Vanraj has no future with me.
